Since 1997 we have supported different types of projects in Madagascar.
In 2012, we became aware of the difficulties encountered by people in the region of Toliara and decided to focus nearly all our support to the areas of Toliara, Anakao, Beheloka, Marofijery and Ankoronga.

What have we done so far?
Our next project for 2024 construction of canteen at Madiorano Primary School.
- In 2023 finalisation and furnishing of the canteen,construction of the kitchen and water well at Ankoronga Primary School.
- In 2022 expansion of the Anakao school built in 2020 (4 new classrooms, a library and teachers’ room) in collaboration with the French association Mitsiki Anakao
- In 2021, adult literacy in Marofijery
- In 2021, construction of 3 new classrooms for the Sainte Therese school in Marofijery
- In 2020, food distribution at the Sainte Thérèse school in Marofijery. 110 pupils received rice and mofogasy (a soufflé of rice flour cooked on a baking tray) for lunch.
- In 2020, construction of 2 classrooms in Anakao for the academic year 2020-2021. the children will be able to continue their studies (secondary/humanity) in the village.
- In 2019 in Ankoronga (15km from Toliara) – furnishing of 6 classrooms (+-40sqm) in the school of Ankoronga.
- In 2019, a project was undertaken in Marofijery to construct a well for the school of St. Theresa. The school had no running water for the bathrooms, and the 187 pupils and their 4 teachers had no drinking water during the school day.
- In 2018, a restoration project was carried out at Toliara, improving the kitchen and bathroom facilities for the boarding school of Notre Dame de Flots. This school includes 16 young girls and boys coming from very poor families.
- In 2017, in Marofijery we financed the furnishings for three classes, an office and a library, and provided school materials as well as getting the bathrooms in working order at the school of St. Thérèse managed by Father Placide (20 km south of Beheloka). The school caters for 187 children.
- In 2016, a project was carried out in Beheloka Catholic school managed by Father Placide (25 km south of Anakao) to renovate and furnish four classrooms and the school bathrooms. The school has 155 pupils.
- In 2015, a construction and furnishing project was carried out in the school of Notre Seigneur de Nazareth at Toliara, which has 120 street children.
- In 2014, construction of a rain water reservoir at Anakao to provide potable water for children (they previously had only brackish water to drink!).
- In 2007, refurbishment at Vangaindrano of a school canteen (girls school: Filles de la Charité) after it was severely damaged by a cyclone.
- In 2005, a project was carried out in Antananarivo at the school of the quarries of Analamahitsy to furnish a new classroom.
